We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Please note: Returns and refunds are only accepted for items that arrive damaged. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

To start a return, email us at orla@orlamade.com with your order details and photos of the issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us straight away so we can make it right.
